Gradients RGBPrivacy Policy

In short: Gradients RGB stores your scores, streaks and settings on your device. We don't track you, show third-party ads, or sell your data, and you never create an account. Online play and leaderboards run through Apple's Game Center, purchases through Apple's App Store — we operate no servers and receive no personal data.
1. Who we are

2. Our approach to privacy
Gradients RGB is a game that works on your device. There is no account to create, no sign-up, and we do not operate servers that store anything about you. The only cases where information leaves your device are the optional Apple services described below — Game Center and App Store purchases — both of which are operated by Apple under Apple's own privacy commitments.
3. Information stored on your device
The app keeps your game data locally on your device: round scores and history, daily-challenge results and streaks, diamond balance, Color IQ rating, blitz best score, perception-profile statistics (how far your picks land from targets), and settings. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
4. Game Center (optional)
Online matches, leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center. If you sign in, Apple shares your Game Center display name with the app and with players you are matched with, and receives the scores and achievements the app submits on your behalf. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it lives in Apple's Game Center service and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you don't sign in to Game Center, the online mode is unavailable and nothing is submitted anywhere.
5. Real-time matches
During an online match, the app exchanges game data directly with the other players through Game Center: your display name, the colors you pick, and your round scores. This data is used only to run the match and is not collected or retained by us.
6. Purchases
Gradients Pro (an auto-renewing subscription) and diamond packs (consumables) are sold through Apple's App Store. Payments and billing are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment card or financial details. Your purchase status is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit.
7. What we do not do
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not show third-party ads or share data with advertisers. (The free version shows occasional screens promoting our own Pro subscription — these involve no external ad networks.)
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We do not require you to create an account.
8. Data retention and deletion
Your game data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. Game Center data (leaderboard scores, achievements, display name) is managed by Apple through your Apple ID — you can control it in your device's Game Center settings or at privacy.apple.com.
9. Children
Gradients RGB is rated 4+ and suitable for general audiences. The app contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no third-party advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; Game Center participation and purchases are subject to Apple's family and parental-control settings.
10. Third-party services
The only third party involved is Apple: Game Center (matchmaking, leaderboards, achievements) and the App Store / StoreKit (purchases). Apple processes this data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, note it in the app or on this site.
